Return Channel

Return policy - Domestic shipment

• Product may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase stated on the shipping note enclosed with the order.
• Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are included in the returnable period.
• Only products purchased online at www.lynaccs.com are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:
  • Faulty or defective products, or items damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect items shipped.
• All items must be in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed with original tags.
  • LYN BEAUTY (Cosmeitc) and Perfume items must be in perfect conditions, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner
  • Remark: Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any goods, products or information received from the Site before using or relying on them.
• All sales and promotional items, accessories cannot be returned.
• Delivery costs and any other expenses besides the product cost are not refundable.
• If products do not meet the conditions of this Return and Exchange policy, they will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
• We recommended all returns be sent via a method that allows tracking. LYN will not be responsible for the loss or delay of any returned items.
• You will receive a refund of the full amount that you have paid on lynaccs.com or online credit to use on www.lynaccs.com within 14 days from the date we received your product return

Return policy - International shipment

• Product may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase stated on the shipping note enclosed with the order.

• You will receive a refund of the full amount that you have paid on lynaccs.com within 14 days After the returned product package is inspected you would have a confirmation via email.

Return processes through  the ONLINE CHANNEL

1. For Lyn’s account purchase - Log in to your account and click on “My Order”.
   For Guest purchase - Click at “My Order” below of web page lynaccs.com
2. Select the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click the ‘Return’ button.
3. Fill in the online form and provide us with your reasons for returning the item(s). Then click ‘Submit’.
4. Once you receive a confirmation from our team, you can return your products via post or other delivery services to the address below:

5. After the returned product package is received and inspected you would have a confirmation via email.

Return processes through the LYN’s Stores

1. Bring the product in its original condition and the receipt from our online store to the counter at any branches of the LYN store, within 30 days from the date stated on the receipt.
2. Our staff will check the product if it matches the return/exchange condition.
3. The return form will be filled in the system by our staff. After this process is done, you will receive a confirmation email.

We are unable to process international returns directly through our website. However, if you believe an item is damaged upon arrival, please email us at contactus@lynaccs.com
